Tropical Storm Carol

The name Carol was used for three tropical cyclones in the Atlantic Ocean.
- 1953's Hurricane Carol: Category 4 hurricane that struck Canada as a minimal hurricane
- 1954's Hurricane Carol: Struck Long Island as a Category 2; heavy damage.
- 1965's Hurricane Carol:a long-lived Category 2 storm that never approached land
After formal hurricane lists were introduced, the name was retired because of the 1954 storm.
