Tropical Storm Arthur

The name Arthur has been used for five tropical cyclones in the Atlantic Ocean. It is one of three names used for five tropical storms with none of them becoming a hurricane. The others are Ana and Beryl.
- 1984's Tropical Storm Arthur - formed on August 28, very late for the first storm; moved over Newfoundland as an extratropical storm. No damages or casualties.
- 1990's Tropical Storm Arthur - Formed in the Caribbean, strengthened to near hurricane-strength, and dissipated.
- 1996's Tropical Storm Arthur - Struck North Carolina as a weak tropical storm.
- 2002's Tropical Storm Arthur - weak tropical storm that didn't significantly affect land.
- 2008's Tropical Storm Arthur - formed quickly just before moving inland on May 31.
Arthur has been used for one tropical cyclone in the Southern Hemisphere.
- 2007's Tropical Cyclone Arthur - formed in late January in the south Pacific Ocean briefly threatening the Cook Islands.
