Trooper Washington

Thomas "Trooper" Washington (born April 21, 1944 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is an American former professional basketball player.
A 6'7" forward from Cheyney University of Pennsylvania, Washington played in the American Basketball Association from 1967 to 1973 as a member of the Pittsburgh Pipers, Minnesota Pipers, Los Angeles Stars, Floridians, and New York Nets. He won an ABA championship with Pittsburgh in 1968 and appeared in the 1969 ABA All-Star Game. In his career, Washington averaged 10.6 points per game and 10.0 rebounds per game.
