Troika Dialog (commonly referred to as "Troika") is one of the oldest and largest investment banks in Russia. The core divisions are: securities sales and trading, investment banking and asset management.

Troika is a partnership and is controlled by its President, Mr. Ruben Vardanian, who owns about 65%, while the remaining stake is distributed among 70 partners. In January 2007 Ruben Vardanian decided not to sell the Company to strategic investors or conduct a public offering, while the proposed valuation was reported to be in the region of $2.5 - 3 bln[citation needed].

Troika Dialog has four international offices, in New York, London, Kyiv and Cyprus.

Within Russia, there are nine regional branches in major financial centers: St Petersburg, Ekaterinburg, Nizhni Novgorod, Rostov-on-Don, Samara, Kazan, Tyumen, Novosibirsk and Vladivostok.
