This page in a nutshell:
Hi there! Welcome to my user page. Feel free to leave a comment on my Talk Page. I suppose I'm like most others here on Wikipedia in that I'll only be responding to messages there, unless you specifically ask otherwise. Please sign all remarks. Thanks for stopping by!

[edit] About Me
I've used Wikipedia for ages, but just recently decided to contribute. Please take it easy on me, but at the same time don't think that my inexperience somehow affords you the right to discount my opinion either. I'm pretty unemotional when it comes to my contributions, so feel free to address anything that I have contributed, but please do so tactfully. I despise Flamers, Trolls, and just about anyone who uses Wikipedia to further their own personal agenda (particularly those too hypocritical to admit it).
I am an expert on absolutely nothing! Never claimed to be, never would. Don't be shy in correcting me, but don't be arrogant about it either, and we'll get along just fine. Please keep in mind that my contributions are designed to help, as I'm sure your's are, and remember to try and look at things objectively. I'll do the same for you. Everyone has value!
[edit] Interests
I particularly like to vist the Wikipedia:Articles for deletion pages and thumb through the daily nominees. So far it seems to be the only place on Wikipedia where discussion is fairly polite, orderly, and more often than not, has an actual outcome.
I also like to thumb through articles that are listed as in need of help and see what can be done. Recently my attention has turned to Isaac Newtons Occult Studies, where I am working diligently on cleaning that bad boy up! Its a fun article and an interesting topic, I can see it reaching FA status one day! As a result I've decided to join the Occult Project, because they were the ones requesting the help on this particular article and I can also see some future articles regarding notable scientists and occultism that might be of interest to me.--Trippz 21:59, 12 August 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Shortcomings
Each of us have shortcomings when it comes to our contributions, to think otherwise is a mistake. Some of those I have noted about myself:
- I have a difficult time using WP:CITE, not that I don't cite my work whenever possible, but more that I'm not sure if I'm doing it correctly. If you noticed I haven't, please feel free to correct or mention it to me.
- I'm long-winded. -- but not in this case!
- I use passive tense too much. Yup, I do. Its an old habit and will likely never change. Personally, I don't think it is always bad, but sometimes it can be a bit much.
Please do not add to this list, even if you feel you have a case. These are just some things that I knowingly admit to the community regarding my writing style. I doubt any of these will ever change, but it might be some things to consider should you be editing my work.
