Trivignano Udinese is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Udine in the Italian region Friuli-Venezia Giulia, located about 50 km northwest of Trieste and about 15 km southeast of Udine. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,682 and an area of 18.3 km².[1]

The municipality of Trivignano Udinese contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Clauiano, Merlana, and Melarolo.

Trivignano Udinese borders the following municipalities: Chiopris-Viscone, Manzano, Palmanova, Pavia di Udine, San Giovanni al Natisone, San Vito al Torre, Santa Maria la Longa.
