Triumverate a long running punk band from Western New York (formed in 1999), known mostly for their punk rock rap song, released their debute record Hello, Goodbye in 2000 before disbanding in 2001. Members of Triumverate went on to form several other bands, most notably SPF Chernobyl, and the Porno Brats. In 2006 the band reformed with the original members and held several reunion concerts to varying levels of success. The band recorded and released their second album in January 2007, entitled Punk Rock Forty. This record contains the first recorded studio version of "Punk Rock Rap", one of their best-known songs. Shortly thereafter the band split again, before reforming later in the year. They began working on new material for their third full length album to be released in 2008 entitled Death By A Salesman.
