"Trippin' (That's the Way Love Works)" is an R&B song written by American singer-songwriter Toni Braxton, Bryan-Michael Cox, Johnta Austin, and Kendrick Dean for Braxton's fifth studio album, Libra (2005). The song was released as the album's second single, and was produced by Cox. Like the other singles from Libra, lack of promotion from Blackground Records affected the single's chart performance; it missed the Billboard Hot 100, and charted outside the top sixty of the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs. Subsequently, no music video was shot for the song.
