Tripoli Industrial Zone

The Tripoli Industrial Zone or the Tripoli Industrial Area (Greek: Viomi(c)haniki Zoni Tripoleos) is Tripoli's industrial area located 3 km from the downtown core in Arcadia, Greece. Between the 1980s and 1999, it was only 100 m from the southernmost terminus of the GR-7 (Kalamata - Tripoli - Corinth superhighway which is a part of the E65 or unnumbered, today it is with an interchange and with the superhighway lies to the west. The area are surrounded by farmlands. A river flows to the south. It contains tens of buildings, most are concentrated to the west, the central and the northern parts, empty spaces remain in the northcentral and the eastern parts. One building is west of the superhighway.

The industrial area is approximately 800 to 1 km from east to west and 600 to 700 m from north to south with a space in which its length is 200 to 300 m from east to west extends to 400 m south to the old GR-7. Another provincial road lies to the north. The entire industrial area are surrounded by farmlands. Its nearest residential area is 600 m west of the south entrance
It has several factories around the area.
The industrial zone or area was first constructed in the 1970s. It expanded in the 1980s.
