Trinity Western Spartans

The Trinity Western Spartans are the athletic teams that represent Trinity Western University in the Canadian Interuniversity Sport (CIS), the top university athletics league in Canada. Men's and women's teams currently compete in the following sports:
Spartan games can be heard live on Spartan web radio. The Spartans are known for their spirited fans, who have earned the title of "The Spartan Faithful."
Although TWU only joined the CIS in 2001, the Spartans have already made a notable impression. Their victories at the national level include:

31 per cent of TWU's student-athletes are CIS Academic All-Canadians.
Spartan women's volleyball assistant coach Ryan Hofer was named Male Coach of the Year by Volleyball Canada.
