Trilogy Tower, is a commercial development currently under construction in Brisbane, Australia. Upon Completion, Trilogy Tower is estimated to be Brisbane's second tallest building (265 m) after Vision Brisbane (283 m). The tower will feature 30,000m² of commercial office space, 192 one and two bedroom hotel apartments, and 109 single and double story residential apartments.

The tower was designed by Cottee Parker Architects, who have designed many current and proposed Brisbane Buildings such as Aurora Tower, Felix Tower, Evolution and Empire Square Tower. The Companies behind Trilogy Tower are APH Capital Partners (APH), a multi-award winning Brisbane developer along with the Contractor Laing O'Rourke. Construction began in 2008 on the former Red Cross building site, located at 480 Queen Street in Brisbane's Central Business District, which was purchased by APH in July, 2006 for AU$32 million.[1] The total cost of Trilogy Tower is projected to be AU$980 million.[2]
