TriGránit is the largest Hungarian property developer and one of the largest in Eastern Europe having several projects in Croatia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Russia, Seychelles, Slovakia and Slovenia with total investments of around US$ 14 billion.

The Esplanada City Center in Bucharest is currently TriGránit's largest project involving investments of around US$4.2 billion in total.
