Talk:Trinity Railway Express

I removed this sentence:
- It marked the first time in seventy years that passenger rail service from Dallas to Fort Worth was available.
What about the Amtrak Texas Eagle? It makes that trip every day, and stops at both cities. Granted, I have a feeling that not many people use it to commute between Dallas and Fort Worth, given the departure times. But passenger rail service did already exist when the TRE opened in Ft. Worth. (I wonder if the editor who made that statement meant something more specific?) Gyrofrog 06:50, 26 Jan 2005 (UTC)
