The article says that only "one transept and the choir were reconstructed". Any word on what happened to the rest of the saved material? Is it still sitting in some "Raiders of the Lost Ark" style warehouse somewhere? -- 128.104.112.85 (talk) 23:08, 12 March 2008 (UTC)

Apparently, after lying around on Calton Hill for the best part of three decades, most of it was nicked! Edinburghers do have some lovely garden ornaments... --Mais oui! (talk) 23:19, 12 March 2008 (UTC)
