[edit] Copyright

The Yahoo group http://groups.yahoo.com/group/trikone has been created by Trikone organization to facilitate some of the needs of the group. And this cannot be a Copyright violation issue. Uday Chandra Karrothi (talk) 21:23, 14 February 2008 (UTC)Uday Chandra Karrothi

An encyclopedia does not exist to promote an organization. It should simply provide objective information. Therefore, the text of the article must be mostly original. Dieresis (talk) 13:33, 1 February 2008 (UTC)
Also, even if the text was not copyrighted, it would need to be explicitly licensed in a manner compatible with the GFDL. Most sites will not specify such licenses, so the only solution is to produce original text. Dieresis (talk) 13:33, 2 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Citations

Citations made of the Trikone web site must conform to the standards specified in WP:SELFPUB. I believe the citation deleted last night fit the requirements, so I restored it, while adding others. Dieresis (talk) 13:32, 2 February 2008 (UTC)

Can someone please add the link for DesiQ conference website http://desiq.org/ , I don't know where to put it. Thanks. seyd (talk) 21:04, 12 February 2008 (UTC)

I added it inline in the Notable Events section.--Dieresis (talk) 13:55, 13 February 2008 (UTC)
I added the link in External Links sections. I also added the Resources Section. Uday Chandra Karrothi (talk) 21:22, 14 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] History

Who are Ashok and Arvind? Facts stated in the article should be relevant and cited. "Ashok" and "Arvind" are just two common names unless further information is provided. Dieresis (talk) 00:36, 4 February 2008 (UTC)

I added a reference and corrected the facts according to the reference. Dieresis (talk) 14:51, 5 February 2008 (UTC)
