I'm very concerned about the production heading, I really don't think that that's right. It has a biochemistry explanation that could be right (but doesn't look right and I don't have a textbook w/ me) and I think that a physiology explanation would be far more useful. A basic walk-through of the steps involved would probably do the casual reader a lot more justice.
