"The growth rate of Trichophyton colonies is slow to moderately rapid. The texture is waxy, glabrous to cottony. From the front, the color is white to bright yellowish beige or red violet. Reverse is pale, yellowish, brown, or reddish-brown"

This is a direct copy from another website, and describes the fungus on an agar/dextrose plate (or whatever its grown on) - hence it doesn't follow well here. Do you have permission? Kingsize566 22:27, 11 October 2007 (UTC)

Go ahead and remove it. It was added (presumably) by a researcher at the website where that was found. When removed the first time, that editor re-added it.-Drdisque 23:12, 11 October 2007 (UTC)
