Just a point, what is international about this organisation? It seems to only function in the USA, at least based on the list of locations in the external links. Perhaps some discussion of how it is international in nature?

I copied this from their website: "We are expanding internationally, with a Sisters Across the Sea Program, building communication between Tri-Ess chapters and similar organizations abroad, and encouraging international correspondence."
