I believe the infornation about TRIALOG project is relevant, since the project already exists since 2000 and works in close association with the European NGO Confederation fo Relief and Development (CONCORD), with main funding from the European Commmission. It is a project with many partners focused on development cooperation in the context of EU enlargement. But I agree that maybe the information is too long, and will shorten it. The issue is NOT that the article is too long. The issue is that, regardless of how long the project has been in existence, it simply isn't notable. Wikipedia carries articles only about notable subjects. Unless you can show (by citing reliable sources that it meets the notability requirements it will be deleted.
