Vash The Stampede

Portion used

Just the character.

Low resolution?

Size is unsuitable to use for high end reproduction, thus is unlikely to impact the copyright owners ability to sell and profit from work.

Purpose of use

This image is the primary identifcation of the fictional main character of Trigun.

This image, Trigun-Render.jpg, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I AgentSmith15 (talk) 07:00, 26 February 2008 (UTC) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

  1. It is a low resolution copy of the main character;
  2. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the manga in any way;
  3. It does not limit the grading company's ability to sell their services in any way;
  4. Copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the manga;
Replaceable?

No free use image available. As this is a fictional, copyrighted character, a freely-licensed alternative could not reasonably be obtained.
