Kirk Manufacturing Company was a pioneer brass era American automobile company, built at 958 Oakwood Avenue, Toledo, Ohio.[2]

Kirk introduced the Yale in 1905. Describing it as "the Beau Brummel of the road",[3] it had the choice of two gasoline engine models. A two-cylinder 14 hp ( kW) side-entrance tourer sold for US$1000;

The a four-cylinder Yale had 24 hp ( kW) for US$2500, which compared against Image:Table outrigger wheels (an idea that has resurfaced since) in the three-seater body[4] . Fitted with wheel steering,[5] it had a 45 hp (33.5 kW) V8 engine,[6] the first of its kind from a Detroit company,
