Trey Lewis (born on November 27, 1959) is a female American Professional Tennis Player, who played professionally in the first half of the years 1980.

In 1979, she advanced past the first round of the Women's U.S. Open where she was beaten by Sabina Simmonds in the second round. This was here best performance in a Grand Slam tournament.

She was on the 1979 USC Women's Tennis All American Team. [1]

She Placed 2nd at the 1979 Pan American games in San Juan.
