Trelogan is a village with a population of approximately 200 which is located near Llanasa and Trelawnyd in Flintshire, northeast Wales.
The village has its own school (Ysgol Gynradd Trelogan), a public house (The Afon Goch), community centre, photographers studio, animal rescue and until 2005, its own post office.
The name Trelogan derives from the name Logan. The person believed to have founded the village having being named that. The village in history was the locality for several lead-zinc mines, working at least until 1841.
Trelogan neighbours with Berthengam which is slowly merging with Trelogan.
According to Sarah's Nan, it also had a coal mine which several people died in. Obviously the canary was having an off day.
