Trefeglwys is a village in north Powys, mid Wales, within the traditional county of Montgomeryshire.

The name derives from Tref 'township' and Eglwys 'church'. The village sits on the River Trannon. There are many amenities in the village including public house, garage, church, chaple, primary school,village hall and play ground.
