Treaty of Rome (disambiguation)

Two treaties relating European Union have been negotiated and signed in Rome :
- The First Treaty of Rome, which actually includes two treaties both signed on March 25, 1957 : the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community and the Treaty establishing the European Atomic Energy Community. It is often called Treaty of Rome (without numbering), or even by the plural form Treaties of Rome (regarding the two treaties).
- The Second Treaty of Rome signed on October 29, 2004, establishing the European Constitution and in the process of ratification until France and Netherlands rejected it in referendums.

Other treaties of Rome:
- Treaty of Rome, 1924 signed on January 27, 1924 between the countries of Italy and the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes (the later Yugoslavia) revoked the provisions of the November 12, 1920 Treaty of Rapallo relating to Fiume, now Rijeka, Croatia, which had created the independent Free State (Stato libero) of Fiume, now assigning it to Italian administration, assigning its suburb SuĊĦak to Yugoslavia, and assigning joint administration of the seaport. The formal annexation of Fiume to Italy occurred on March 16, 1924.
