The Treatise of Pataphysical Anatomy is a book exploring the anatomy of the human body through the method of pataphysics. It edited by Gianni Simone and was published in 2003 by SpiderWeb Productions, a publisher in Yokohama, Japan.
It contains an appendix on pataphysical surgery.
