Talk:Trevor Lyman
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Anthony, this guy is not an 'insignificant' person. He has organised both websites for the record breaking fund raising campaigns for Ron Paul for the Presidential elections.

- I am not convinced that Lyman meets notability standards at WP:BIO. Just because he's had his name appear in the news a couple times does not make someone encyclopedic. This information should probably be merged into some other topic. --Elonka 17:46, 6 January 2008 (UTC)
- I think he actually does meet notability standards and not just because of the moneybomb method he popularized, but also because of the Ron Paul Blimp, which is seen as a major workaround of FEC regulations. He could be seen as a bold pioneer for political campaigning.--The Devil's Advocate (talk) 18:37, 17 January 2008 (UTC)
- Especially as time has passed, I think the scale is tipping to non-notable. However, this is apparently the only mention of the blimp on Wikipedia, and that paragraph should be saved. Msalt (talk) 23:37, 7 May 2008 (UTC)
- I absolutely think that he is notable. He helped organize one of the largest grass roots campaigns in u.s. history as well as the cable news network he is working on. Cheesecake42 (talk) 19:41, 8 May 2008 (UTC)
- This is foolish. How is Trevor Lyman "not notable"? If so, what is James Blunt notable for? Nothing. This man did something. He deserves to be noticed!! Adufig2000 (talk) 19:55, 8 May 2008 (UTC)
