I think this article would be improved slightly if the two maps within are translated into English. I could attempt to do so if anyone is interested. Paris456 20:31, 22 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Merger proposal

I believe the articles Treno Alta Velocità and High-speed rail in Italy currently show to much overlap. Especially the former article contains many things which belong more to a general discussion of the Italian state of affairs than to an article on the TAV company, if any such article would be necessary at all. I agree. Perhaps High-speed rail in Italy should redirect to Treno Alta Velocita. The intro paragraph should perhaps be re-written to broaden the scope. --Alcuin 02:54, 20 September 2007 (UTC)
Not the same thing: this is the name of an enterprise, the other is a generic article (mostly related to what this enterprise is doing, but not specific). I disagree with the merging. --Jollyroger 10:58, 20 September 2007 (UTC)
But then you do agree that all stuff in the TAV article that is not specific to the company, but rather general information on the country, might be moved to High-speed rail in Italy? Classical geographer 13:34, 20 September 2007 (UTC)
