Some of the information on this page is erroneous and needs to be edited out. The entire last paragraph needs deleted and redone. Errors have now been fixed.

I do not believe that the article should be deleted in this manner. The organization, as a consortium involving a large number of school districts, should be considered notable as a governmental organization. --Nlu (talk) 01:25, 10 February 2008 (UTC)
