China, Soviet Union: Treaty of Friendship and Alliance (Traditional Chinese:中蘇友好同盟條約) is a treaty signed by Republic of China and Soviet.In the agreement ROC accepted the upcoming poll made in Mongolia to be the deciding factor of Independence of Mongolia,but in the premise of not supporting the Communist Party of China.
