1 E4 m³ states that the Trbovlje Chimney is the "largest concrete structure in Europe" (in an edit dated 2004 Jul 31, from Romanm), containing 11 866 m³ of concrete. Is this still true as it stands, or does it now need amendment or qualification?

To pick a well-known recent example, the Millau Viaduct article variously claims that "the project required about 127,000 m³ of concrete" and "85,000 m³: total volume of concrete used", both much larger figures. Assuming that all of that concrete remains in the structure, on the face of it it looks like the claim in 1 E4 m³ is no longer true. Perhaps however the Chimney remains the tallest concrete structure, or the largest made entirely of concrete?
