[edit] Combining pages
When you combine pages like you've done with Collin county parks and open spaces, it isn't necessary to delete the source pages (and in fact they shouldn't be deleted due to licensing concerns). After you move the information, you just need to put a redirect at the original article with the following format: (#REDIRECT [[Name of article you want to redirect to]]). This is called Merging. I've gone ahead and merged Parkhill Prairie to Collin county parks and open spaces for you and closed the Article for Deletion discussion.--Isotope23 19:31, 23 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Re:My change to Collin County Parks and open spaces
Hi - you wrote: The actual office of park and open space management is called "Collin County Parks and Open Spaces". The page was not about just any 'open space' in collin county but about the five parks maintained or owned by this county office. I think the page should be returned to it's original title and I'll make it clear in the article that this is an official title and not a general 'parks and spaces' collection.
- Sorry - I didn't know that. But maybe it would make more sense to make the article more general and include other open spaces, rather than risk the possibility of stub articles arising for other parks? It could be made clear in the article that these five are administered by one organization... I'm fairly easy either way, though, if you want to move it back. The main reason I moved it was actually because the original title did nothing to indicate that the county is in Texas, and the Collin County article itself is at Collin County, Texas. Grutness...wha? 21:38, 26 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Monobook edit
Hello, Transderm, I wanted to let you know that I have edited your monobook file because it was incorrectly appearing in Category:AfD debates (Not yet sorted). This should not cause any problems for you, but if it should for some reason please make sure that you do not reinsert yourself in the category when you fix it. Thanks, Prodego talk 17:13, 29 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Orphaned fair use image (Image:Andy Griffith 162.png)
Thanks for uploading Image:Andy Griffith 162.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 03:46, 12 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Glee-CDN.jpeg
Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Glee-CDN.jpeg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page.
