Bobert is a character from the fictional book, "bobert and ditchard" written by the russian author Daniel Bobsky (1975-1998). The story is a neoclassical minimalist interpretation of the life of the the authors friend whose name remains undisclosed. The author's friend, "whose name remains undisclosed" created contraptions of perpetual disillusionment to decribe the modern-day marvels of the environment of everday America.

The story begins with a casual argument between the protagonist and his friend ditchard. They argue about the current political climate between african americans and white "chicks" (Bobsky 3). Nothing really happens after that, of course, the book remains very minimalist. After that, the plot escalates with a series of exerpts from Bobert's first book, "Ditchard and Bobert", which is an inaccurate, self-promotional book decrying Ditchard, "Ditchard is a stupid stupid".
