Hello, my pseudonym is TransOceanic (I have one on my desk). I am a 26 year old caucasian male born, raised, and currently living in California, though I traveled around the lesser 48 quite a bit in my later teen years. I am a cinema projectionist (and all-around tech guy) at a local multiplex. I am a native (American) English speaker, and I have been studying Japanese for the past 3 years. I got my GED in 2000 and attended a community college for 4 years, studying electronics and various computer-related subjects. I don't have any degrees and don't consider myself well-learned in any field, but I do try to keep informed on a variety of topics. Possible more to come later.
