Transport Sample Protocol

Transport Sample Protocol (TSP) is an open source protocol for sampling data. It is based on TCP/IP and allows synchronous or asynchronous sample delivery. Implementations in C and Java have been released under the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL).
