The Transport Infrastructure Development Corporation is an agency of the Government of New South Wales with responsibility for new railway projects in the city of Sydney, Australia. The TIDC forms part of the Transport portfolio.

TIDC is charged with delivering a number of major public transport, in particular commuter rail, construction projects across the city. The corporation oversees the process of planning, design, regulatory approval and community relations for its projects. Construction is performed by private-sector construction companies. When built, the infrastructure will be turned over to management by CityRail.

The Minister for Transport is John Watkins. The Chairman of the TIDC is Ron Finlay. According to its 2005-06 annual report, TIDC manages $1.6 billion worth of assets.
