Tranholmen

Tranholmen is an island in Lilla Värtan, Sweden, less than 100 meters off the Danderyd coastline, populated by 217 people. In the winter season, when the water is frozen and travel by boat thus impossible, a floating bridge connects the island to the mainland.

The number and density of its population makes Tranholmen also a locality (tätort) in Danderyd Municipality, Stockholm County.
