Trambesòs
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Trambesòs is a light rail (tram) system connecting Sant Adrià de Besòs and Badalona with the city of Barcelona in Spain. The original line, known as T4, opened on May 8, 2004 and runs from Ciutadella Villa Olimpica in Barcelona to the east of the city and extends roughly north-eastwards, reaching Sant Adrià de Besòs. There is a second line, T5, opened on Oct 13, 2006 running from Glòries to Gorg in Badalona.
The Trambesòs is part of the Barcelona Tramvía system and complements the Trambaix that runs to the south-west of the city.
