The Trakia University - Stara Zagora (Bulgarian: Тракийски Университет - Стара Загора) is a Bulgarian university in the 5th largest Bulgarian city, the city of Stara Zagora. It was named after Trakia and was established in 1995. The university's structure includes a colleges in Sliven, Haskovo and Yambol.

The University organizes training on programs with four educational and qualification degrees - Specialist, Bachelor, Master and PhD, as well as on programs for qualification and post-graduate training in the system of life-long education.

Trakia University – Stara Zagora has legitimate institutional accreditation by resolution of the National Assessment and Accreditation Agency at the Council of Ministers. Graduate students receive a diploma stamped with the state coat of arms of the Republic of Bulgaria .
