Trailer Park Tycoon is a business simulation game for Windows.

Trailer Park Tycoon puts you in the shoes of a budding trailer park owner.

You are tasked with building various trailers and amenities to attract people to your park. You start with five to eight basic trailers, each upgradable three times. Specialized trailers become available, catering to specific people. A trailer in the theme of a car, for example, will attract garage workers, while a biker themed trailer will attract bikers. This game is out of print, and can only be found on Ebay, the internet auction site, Amazon Marketplace, or in select used game stores. The reason it is out of print is because the company that made it, Jaleco Entertainment, is no longer in production.
