Seen in recording (and sheet music) credits where an artist has arranged a version of a traditional tune.

For example, from Bob Dylan's self titled album, "Man of Constant Sorrow" (Trad. Arr. Bob Dylan).

Literally meaning, "Man of Constant Sorrow" traditional song, arranged by Bob Dylan.
