In translated articles from other language editions of the Wikipedia, use this template in the External links section of articles to cite the original sources that the article was translated from.

{{Translation/Ref|language code|source title|oldid=number}}
- language code
- is the code of the external source. For example, for the French Wikipedia, use
fr
. - source title
- is the exact title of the page in the external source. Remember to translate the namespaces also, if applicable.
- oldid
- is the oldid of the version of the external source that was translated. To find the oldid, go to the page history and select the revision that was used in the translation. The oldid can be found at the end of the URL.
