Trying to start a conversation. What about River Transportation? River Transportation over several rivers have a real impact on the economy and life of West Viginia. Rivers these rivers include the Ohio, Kanawha, Elk, Little Kanawha, the Big Sandy River, and the Monongahela River. In addition, portions of the C&O Canal is being re-watered.
