[edit] Ferry service

  1. To the best of my knowledge $50 does not include a cabin, but rather general accomodation. If that has changed, can you provide a reference?
  2. "Mainly" between PoS and Scarborough? What other ferry service is there?
  3. International flights to Crown Point are not only to London. Guettarda 20:10, 22 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Key stats from the Guardian on the new light rail.

The Guardian has some nice key-statistics which I think in the future would make for a good addition to any article on the new "light-rail" / "rapid-rail" system being planned in Trinidad. I think the contract is to be awarded in January if my memory serves me correctly.

This is a time-sensitive link. [1] [2]

  • $6.8 billion project
  • "In this year’s budget Prime Minister Patrick Manning said the rapid rail would serve more than two-thirds of the population and be in full service by 2011."
  • the rapid rail will cover 72 miles at a cost of US$15 million a mile.
