I've fleshed aviation out into its own section. We also need sections on rail and marine, at least, from someone who knows more about those topics and their recent history. David

I deleted this section, as it is not part of transport canada - the OEE falls under Natural Resources Canada, and the same text was repeated there. Manu (talk) 02:13, 19 December 2007 (UTC)
