The TUPE page title is less informative than the title here Transfer of Undertakings (TUPE), though the TUPE page is a bit more wikified than this one. After the merger of contents has been agreed and done, it would be sensible to change TUPE to become a redirect. DFH 10:44, 3 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] New regulations?

There's no indication at all in the lead that the regulations have changed since introduction in 1981, so the reader is suddenly confronted with this in the "Criticism" section. This needs fixing by someone who knows what they're doing (ie not me!). Loganberry (Talk) 01:31, 13 September 2007 (UTC)
