What is the point of this page if it's replicating National Tramway Museum? --Escape Orbit 17:53, 24 August 2007 (UTC)

Hi, eventually, this page will have the full fleet on it. It will not replicate the current page. Some people have expressed that there are a lot of blanks in the current table, so this page will replace it, with only details applicable to that tramcar. It will be slow going - there is a lot of info to move, without replicating the table, and pictures need to be uploaded - I was there yesterday, and am armed with several! OK. I was just wondering why this page didn't link to the other, as that would make a lot of sense and provide some of the context it currently lacks. --Escape Orbit 19:09, 24 August 2007 (UTC)
Yes. I haven't got round to linking it up till now, but there should now be a link! Bluegoblin7 19:15, 24 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] "EP controls"

This term is used twice in the page without explanation. Could it do with expanding, or linking to Brake (railway)#Electropneumatic brakes if that is the correct expansion in the case of trams? —Sladen (talk) 07:03, 15 February 2008 (UTC)

Hmm... i'm not entirely sure. That's about the only part I didn't write, but i'll find out and elaborate.

[edit] Operational status column

Would it be worth swapping the 'red' and 'green' over. If the status column is designed to be "traffic signal like" to indicate the current capability of a tram, it's slightly strange to see the ones that work highlighted in heavy red!

The table could possibly benefit from a key at the top too to match up the meaning of the colours. —Sladen (talk) 16:56, 22 February 2008 (UTC)

Hmm... ok, can do. Perhaps out of service should be Yellow, In service should be green, and on display red?
Key: How do you suggest doing so?
THanks,

[edit] Nottingham Trams

Nottingham 166 currently reads "The third Nottingham tram (others being 121 and 92) to be acquired by the Museum". I had a feeling that the tram pulled out the Lincolnshire garden last year as the first (and only) Nottingham tram that Crich. —Sladen (talk) 11:26, 24 February 2008 (UTC)

Hi Sladen,
It the latest of three cars to be acquired (the others have since been scrapped), and it is in the best condition. I can't quite make out what else you wanted to say.
Thanks,
