UBR+ (UBR Plus) is an important QoS pscification that doesn't seem to get mentioned. The Plus is an ABR like enhancement that sets a minimum cell rate. Other details are unknown to me. I mention it because some PVC values for DSL and Cable providers that I've come across use UBR+ QoS. ~ Signed, Neil Sandy
