Trades Hall is a general term for a hall for Trade Unions to meet. At the moment this article is specific to Melbourne Trades Hall. So, I am going to move this to Melbourne Trades Hall, and Trades Hall can become a generic article and disambiguation page.--Takver 14:22, 1 Apr 2005 (UTC)

"The federal body is the Australian Council of Trade Unions".

I deleted the above edit, as I think it is inappropriate for the generic term, Trades Hall. The ACTU is a specific federal organisation and is not an example of a Trades Hall. --Takver 13:12, 19 May 2006 (UTC)
