Talk:Tracker (company)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
There is a disambiguation page in Wikipedia with the title Tracker. Since this is the name of a company founded more than 30 years ago in Finland, I believe there also should be a page for the company. The article about the company is neutral. In addition, navigation is a hot topic in the world at this moment and I think people want to read about those who are involved in the business. And by the way, Navicore, another Finnish company also has a page in Wikipedia, and I don't see any difference in importance or significance between the two of these. - Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia. Please see WP:CORP and provide sources to establish the subject's notability. Of course, the need for sources goes beyond notability. Information added to an article must be verifiable, and facts included must be attributed to a reliable source. Thanks. --Evb-wiki (talk) 13:07, 19 February 2008 (UTC)
- Besides, you are the editor who added this company to the disamb page just today. [1] Is this WP:SPAM? --Evb-wiki (talk) 13:10, 19 February 2008 (UTC)
- Actually, the disamb page is irrelevant to the topic of this discussion. I think we first have to decide whether the Tracker (company) page itselt is relevant or not. If it is relevant, the company should be listed on the disamb page as well. If not, then not. I created the article for the company with good intentions and added it to the disamb page as Wikipedia instructs us to do. By the way, added a reference, as well.Karri Tapani (talk) 13:51, 19 February 2008 (UTC)
- Hi, I just took a look at the Navicore page, and it is a stub. Can we consider stubbing in this situation, or is the Navicore stub unnacceptable as well? Thanks, Runnynose47 (talk) 16:05, 19 February 2008 (UTC)
